She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia State University, a Master’s degree in Organization Development & Human Resource Management from Strayer University. Throughout her career she has been responsible for the financial health of multiple organizations in the private and government sectors, generating and maintaining millions of dollars in cash assets and financial resources.  She is also a certified financial fraud investigator and an internal auditor.

 

Her work in the community includes serving on various boards for nonprofits.  She has also been recognized twice as a 40 under 40 Award recipient and many other accolades.

 

Saran is a native of Jamaica, New York, and she currently resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland with her daughter.
